    Re: Simon Preston's Alleluyas Bonjour. (I'm afraid this is the only French I know. I'm so sorry!) Preston's Alleluyas is included in the Augsburg Organ Library collection, the Autumn Volume. If no one comes forward with a separate score this is an easy to read printing, and I'm sure you'd find other pieces in the collection useful.
